I had wanted to a much more interesting take on death, as I imagine if George R. R. Martin has a vision of death it is really quite interesting, perhaps like the angel of death as seen in Hellboy. However, I wanted this symbol to be reconised from afar as some embodiment of death, so I went with the simple skeleton. At least I included the three eyed raven, hah.
